Text Messaging Terms
- Program description: Versa Verde LLC sends text messages to clients who have requested an estimate or who have a job scheduled or in progress with us. Messages cover: estimate delivery and follow-up, scheduling confirmations and reminders, crew arrival updates, job completion notices, project decline notices (with the reason), and invoice/payment notifications. Messages are conversational and transactional. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.
- How you opt in: By providing your mobile number through versaverde.com, our client portal, or by phone, and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to messages about your request and job from Versa Verde LLC.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies by job activity.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
