• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers (including Stripe and HighLevel). We do not store your full card numbers on our systems.
• Website usage: basic technical information (such as pages visited and device/browser type) collected through standard website tools.

• To respond to estimate requests and provide our services.
• To schedule, perform, and document work, and to send you estimates, invoices, receipts, and appointment or job updates.
• To operate our client portal and client records (including your property's service records, which we maintain for you as part of our MyHome service).

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number, you agree Versa Verde LLC may text you about your estimate and job — scheduling, updates, and invoices. Message frequency varies by job activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information sharing with subcontractors and service providers who support our messaging and business operations (such as our CRM and messaging platforms) is solely to provide our services, as described below.
